Pendour is an eyewear frame sculpture inspired by Barbara Hepworth’s ART. MASSADA brings collaboration with Valentina Brugnatelli, Genève based designer. Barbara Hepworth in its art is known for opening up the form. In “Pendour” interior of the frame-sculpture solid is carved out qualitatively out in a differentiated raw hole with biomorphic organic curves . The back of the whole is a pure angled geometric cylinder, tribute to Barbara’s search for pure form with her disciplined mathematical approach. Transparent colors point to simultaneity of overlapping spaces within the frame. Temples are in the form of displaced, shifted ellipsoids shaped as geoids pierced in half. That brings kinetic metaphysical dimension to the time-space reflection in its design of experience shaped as a space-structured process.
